F4 Resource Manager

F4ResMan is a tool to manipulate Falcon 4.0 resource files. Resource files are pair of files (extensions .idx and .rsc) which contain one or more packed image, sound or binary resources.

The method used until recently, was a rather complicated one, including Perl and some Perl scripts, decompressing and then compressing again this files. F4ResMan is much more user friendly, plus gives you more control over the resources you put in the files.
